Vibration-type impact testing system 'CEAST 9000 Series'

Quantifying the impact resistance and toughness (ductility) of "recycled plastic," which tends to have variability in strength.

The "CEAST 9000 Series" is a pendulum impact testing system designed to conduct tests such as the Charpy test and Izod test on a wide range of samples, from bars/dumbbells to pipes, in accordance with specific standards. It complies with K7111 "Method for Determining the Charpy Impact Characteristics of Plastics" and JIS K7110 "Test Method for Izod Impact Strength of Plastics." The impact energy is measured by exchanging dedicated hammers. Additionally, it can measure impact energies up to 50J, which is among the largest in the industry for plastic impact testing. There is also an option for instrumentation that can capture the diameter change during impact. 【Features】 ■ Hammer energy: Min 0.5J to Max 50J ■ Non-contact magnetic encoder with 0.05-degree resolution ■ Low-temperature testing down to -60℃ is also possible *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

High/Low Temperature Test Machine / Thermal Shock Test System

High and low temperature testing, thermal shock testing available! Providing suitable systems according to needs.

The high and low temperature testing machine is our original system capable of automatic aging function testing from electronic components to finished products. It achieves inline operation from low temperature (-40°C) to high temperature (+125°C). We have realized inline high and low temperature aging function testing for various applications from devices (BGA, HIC, etc.) to mounted circuit boards. 【Features】 ■ Can transport 180 workpieces in the chamber with a 25-second cycle time ■ The low temperature chamber incorporates W coils internally ■ The low temperature chamber has no time loss for defrosting and allows continuous operation ■ Can be installed in a space-saving manner ■ High-speed movement from the low temperature side to the high temperature side enables heat shock testing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
